Central Station Alarm Monitoring |
|

When your Security System detects a problem, It will notify our central
station operator(s).
Within seconds the central station operator will then: verify the condition;
dispatch the authorities; and notify others as per your instructions.
As with all of our products and services, when it comes to the remote
monitoring of your security system and dispatching of emergency services and
others, Eagle Security Systems, Inc. provides the best possible service and
value to our customer.
The job of the central station is to receive a data signal from an alarm
system and make outgoing phone calls to notify authorities, owners and
others. The two most important facets of this responsibility are (1)
response time and (2) accuracy. Today’s central stations have evolved into a
very specialized industry, requiring constant investment in upgrades and
improvements to consistently provide the highest level of service at an
affordable price. As a result, installing and servicing companies rarely try
to monitor their own accounts. Even the older, established alarm companies
in large metropolitan areas have turned over their monitoring services to
either regional or national central stations.
Eagle Security Systems has selected Centra-Larm Monitoring, Inc., a U.L.
listed, regional central station, located in Manchester, NH. This central
station provides monitoring services for over 100 alarm dealers throughout
New England. Centra-Larm has a superb reputation for having among the
fastest response times, with the highest level of accuracy, in the nation.
This partnership between Eagle Security Systems and Centra-larm Monitoring,
not only provides our customers with the best possible monitoring services,
but does so at a very reasonable price. In fact, our standard monitoring
charge is only $17.00 per month. That is the lowest published price in the
area.
Being listed by U.L. (Underwriters Laboratories) means that Centra-Larm is
required to meet the strictest requirements in backup systems, quality of
operations and staff. In addition, the Central Station is inspected by U.L.
on a regular basis. Guaranteeing that every aspect of the facility and
operations meets or exceeds these most stringent of guidelines at all times.
